IFBB Professional Bodybuilder | Fitness & Physique Coach
Born and raised on Oahu, Hawai‘i, Jasen “Da Hawaiian Sensation” Ono is the first Asian Heavyweight IFBB Professional Bodybuilder originally from Hawai‘i.
Jasen earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and has spent more than a decade working within the sports nutrition and supplement industry. Throughout his career, he has held a wide range of leadership and creative roles, including Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, Operations Manager, West Coast Sales Manager, General Manager, and Vice President of Digital & Retail Marketing. He has also managed high-volume nutrition retail locations in Las Vegas, Nevada; Costa Mesa, California; and Southgate, Michigan.
With more than 12 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Jasen combines real-world coaching experience with decades of personal dedication to training, nutrition, and physique development. He began competing in natural bodybuilding in 2010 and has since established himself as an accomplished NPC and IFBB competitor.
His competitive achievements include four NPC Overall Championships and two IFBB Pro Cards earned at the North American Championships within a three-year span. In 2024, he also earned 2nd Place in the Open Heavyweight Division at the prestigious MuscleContest USA Championships.
Jasen’s approach to coaching goes far beyond simply changing how someone looks. His goal is to help men and women of all ages build their dream physique, improve their health, develop confidence, and strengthen their self-esteem through intelligent, individualized, and sustainable training and nutrition strategies.
He believes that a great physique should be built in a way that supports longevity and allows clients to become confident in who they are—without depending on validation from others.
Outside of bodybuilding and fitness, Jasen has been an avid competitive bowler for nearly two decades. While attending UNLV, he helped the university’s bowling team earn 2nd Place at the 2008 Intercollegiate Team Championships, finishing behind powerhouse Wichita State University.
Today, Jasen brings his diverse background in bodybuilding, personal training, nutrition, sports supplements, business, and competitive athletics together to help both lifestyle clients and competitive athletes become stronger, healthier, more confident versions of themselves.
